When you contact us or submit a request, we may collect:

• Information about the person receiving services, if different from you, submitted on their behalf by a family member or authorized representative: name, date of birth, phone, relationship to you, whether they live alone, their independence level, and other details about their needs and household
• Home details, including address, home type, and access notes such as gate codes, alarm information, or lockbox details, provided so we can coordinate approved visits and services
• Emergency contact information, including name, relationship, and phone number
• Payment information, processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
• Any messages you send us

If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you have their permission, or the authority as their family member or representative, to share it with us for the purpose of requesting our services.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, evaluate and provide home concierge services, coordinate approved vendors on your behalf, communicate with you about visits and updates, and process payments.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, or the information of anyone you submit on their behalf, to third parties for marketing purposes, under any circumstances.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only as necessary to provide our services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Google (appointment scheduling, if you book a call), and vendors or contractors you’ve specifically authorized us to coordinate with. We do not share your information, or the information of anyone you submit on their behalf, with any other third party without consent, except where required by law or in a genuine emergency affecting health or safety.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, or as required by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access-sensitive details like home entry information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Rights

You, or the person you submitted information on behalf of, may contact us at hello@hearthandkinconcierge.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, except where a parent or guardian submits limited information as part of arranging services for another family member.
