Home watch visits
Home watch and check-in visits are visual observations of the property. They are not a licensed home inspection, and they are not a health, wellness, or medical assessment of any person.
Third-party providers
Hearth & Kin helps coordinate third-party providers but does not guarantee or warrant their workmanship. Vendors and contractors are independent businesses and contract directly with the client or authorized family member.
Emergencies
If an apparent emergency occurs while we are present, we contact appropriate emergency services and follow the family’s established emergency-contact protocol. Hearth & Kin is not an emergency-response service and cannot be relied upon for emergency monitoring or response.
