A complete home-management solution designed for aging at home. Every client begins with a detailed onboarding process, followed by ongoing monthly support.

- A 60–90 minute home walkthrough
- A written Home Overview and key systems reference (HVAC, water heater, electrical panel, irrigation)
- A documented maintenance schedule
- Your preferred vendor list, recorded and organized
- Property access instructions, stored securely
- A prioritized list of current concerns
- A tracked list of ongoing or upcoming projects
- Baseline reference photos
- Authorized family contacts and a communication plan
- Your customized check-in checklist for future visits
- A completed Home Management Plan

- 2 Home Watch & Check-In visits (45–60 minutes each)
- Your customized checklist, followed at every visit

The onboarding fee sets up your custom Home Profile and Management Plan, which the ongoing monthly service is built around. If you're looking for a one-time project instead of ongoing management, reach out and we can talk through what would fit best.
What happens during the home check-ins?
Each check-in includes a walk-through of the home to review its general condition, address anything on your checklist, and note items that need attention, followed by an update to your family.
Does this include medical care or wellness checks?
No. Hearth & Kin is a home-management concierge service, not a home-care agency, healthcare provider, or emergency-response service. Our check-ins focus on the condition of the home, not personal or health needs.
What is included in the preventative maintenance plan?
Seasonal and routine maintenance recommendations tailored to your home's size, tracked and coordinated on your behalf throughout the year. Contractor and vendor costs are billed separately.
What if I need additional visits or project support?
Additional check-ins, one-time projects, and larger renovations can be added at any time. Let us know and we'll scope it together.
